A large-scale manufacturing business brought our team in to evaluate their pain points and help them reduce inefficiencies and errors.
  
During our initial discovery session, we interviewed staff members in a variety of rolls and mapped their current processes and software. This knowledge informed our ability to strategically plan, design and develop their next project management and production system software.

My responsibilities on this project involve research, process design, information architecture, wireframing and managing the development of workflow prototypes for user testing.
